Shipping

Sydney Lash Line aims to ship orders ASAP, Orders placed by 12pm will be shipped on the same day, excluding weekends and holidays.

We use Australia post as our preferred carrier choice. Choose from normal or express shipping at checkout.

Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday.

Tracking

All orders will receive a tracking number via email upon purchase you can track your item using Australia post app or website.

International

We do not offer international shipping.

Collection

You can collect your order from Sydney Lash Line during working hours. To arrange collection please email hello@sydneylashline.com. Please select collection option at checkout.

Cancellation 

If you would like to cancel or amend your order please email hello@sydneylashline.com. Please note any orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

 In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

 You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Shipping

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

 If you require a replacement item, Sydney Lash Line will cover the cost for the shipping.

Normal - $9.15

Express - $12.15

*orders over $200 Will receive free standard shipping.
