Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes we sure do! Contact us via phone, email or instagram to order one now.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We do have a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel please give us 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. If you do not give us notice a 50% of the treatment booked will be charged on your card.
Can I come in for a consultation first?
Enough time is allocated within your appointment for a thorough consultation. However if you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to ask us before hand and we can give you a call.
How long will my appointment take?
All appointment times can vary. When booking your appointment via the booking system all appointment times are listed.
What is the best way to book my appointment?
Booking online via the website or booking system is the best/quickest way to book an appointment.
Do I receive appointment confirmation and reminder?
Yes once you have successfully booked your appointment we will send a confirmation email and text message. You will then receive a reminder email and text of your appointment 1-2 days before.
Does it matter what products I use on my lashes at home?
Yes a professional lash cleanser is the recommended cleaner. No oily products are to be used near your lashes or this could result in retention problems.
Can you get lash extensions done if you are pregnant?
Yes you can however retention may be effected due to hormones and lash shedding. This also can be effected straight after giving birth.
Can you get a lash lift if you are pregnant?
Yes getting a lash lift is perfectly safe if you are pregnant.
Can you get lash extensions If you have had a lash lift?
A lash lift must have fully relaxed before applying lash extensions, if you would like us to reverse/relax your lash lift this also can be done in salon then we can apply lash extensions.
